LOCAL ORDERS
All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD), and will be paid in Singapore Dollars as well.
Once you have placed your order(s), you will receive an invoice from us immediately. Upon receiving invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24 hours timeframe.
Please also check your junk/spam inboxes just in case any of our emails land up there.
BACKORDER/PREORDER
Your order will be verified & mailed when the stocks arrive.
Please refer to the backorder product page for a gauge of when your item will reach you.
An email will be sent out to you once your item has arrived and has been mailed out.
PAYMENT
Currently, THE STYLE MAFIA only accepts POSB/DBS, UOB bank transfers, PAYNOW/PAYANYONE and PAYPAL.

For all ATM payments, we will require a clear snapshot of the ATM receipt.
No refunds will be made in the event that the ATM snapshot cannot be produced.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING CHARGES
1. Local Normal Postage - Free ( 2-4 days delivery)
*THE STYLE MAFIA will not be responsible for any lost mails mailed through normal postage. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages.
We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.
